Every family is invited into our lab to place their loved one’s ashes or hair themselves and watch their diamond being made. The infusion takes about an hour, the whole visit a little over two, and you leave with your diamond the same day.
Most memorial diamonds are made far away while families wait for months. We think you should be there.
What happens on the day
- Arrival and a quiet conversation. We talk about who the diamond is for and what it should mean. Nothing is rushed.
- Choosing your diamond. You choose the shape, carat and colour, if you haven’t already.
- Placing the material. You place the ashes, hair or fur yourself. Family members can do it together.
- The infusion. About an hour. You can stay and watch.
- The presentation. Your diamond is engraved with an inscription you choose and presented in its box with its IGI or GIA certificate, DNA Origin Certificate, provenance documents, blockchain registration and a keepsake film of the day.
Who can come
Bring whoever you like. Many families come together; some people come alone. Tell us in advance if you’d like time for a prayer or a moment of silence.
If you can’t be there
We arrange a private video call so you can watch every step, and our team handles the secure transfer of your loved one’s material with privacy, care and respect.
After the visit
If you’d like your diamond set into a ring, pendant or other piece, we design it with you. The setting takes extra time, and we give you a timeline once the design is agreed.
