In Singapore, diamonds made with a loved one’s ashes or hair range from about S$1,400 for a tiny grown stone to well over S$30,000 for a large one. Where you land depends on four things: the size of the diamond, its colour, how it is made, and whether you want it set into jewellery.

This guide explains each one, shows what published market prices look like, and lists what to compare so you are not just comparing headline numbers.

What the market charges

Providers that grow a new diamond from ashes publish price lists. For example, EverDear’s Singapore price list starts at S$1,430 for its smallest stones (0.08 to 0.14 carat) and goes up to S$35,520 for its largest (3.00 to 3.29 carat), with seven colour options (EverDear price list, October 2026).

Those prices are for diamonds grown over months. A DNA-infused diamond is priced differently because you are choosing a finished, certified diamond first and then having DNA infused into it. Our comparison guide explains the difference (DNA-Infused vs Grown-From-Ashes Diamonds: What’s the Difference?).

The four things that drive the price

1. Carat

Bigger stones cost more, and the jump is not linear. A one-carat diamond costs much more than two half-carat stones.

2. Colour

Colourless (white) diamonds are the classic choice. Fancy colours such as pink, blue, green, yellow or red change the price; some cost more, some less, depending on how they are produced.

3. Cut and certification

A well-cut diamond returns more light. Make sure the stone comes with an independent grading report from GIA or IGI so you know exactly what you are paying for, and that you can check the report number yourself.

4. Setting and design

A loose diamond in a presentation box is the starting point. A ring, pendant, earrings or cufflinks add the cost of the metal and the jeweller’s work.

How Eternal Diamonds prices

We do not publish a price list, because no two pieces are the same. After a first conversation about who the diamond is for, the stone you would like and any design, we send a personal quotation. There is no obligation, and you do not need to decide anything on the first call.

What to compare, not just the price

QuestionWhy it matters
Is the diamond graded by GIA or IGI?An independent report tells you what you are actually buying
How long will it take?Grown diamonds usually take months; DNA infusion takes about an hour
How much material is needed? Some methods need 200 g of ashes; DNA infusion needs about 5 g
Can I choose the exact stone first? With grown diamonds you order a size and colour, then wait months for it
Is the setting included? Many prices are for a loose stone only
What documents do I get?Look for a grading report plus proof of origin. Eternal Diamonds gives a DNA Origin Certificate, an engraved inscription and a blockchain registration

Is it worth it?

That is a personal call. A diamond suits families who want something they can keep close and pass on, rather than a place they visit once a year. If that is what you want, the size matters far less than the meaning.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest way to make a diamond from ashes?

Very small grown stones start from around S$1,400 in Singapore. A smaller diamond still carries the same meaning.

Why don’t you show prices on your website?

Every piece is built around the stone and design a family chooses, so we quote personally after a first conversation.

Does the price include the certificate?

Every Eternal Diamonds stone comes with its GIA or IGI grading report, a DNA Origin Certificate from an accredited laboratory, an engraved inscription and a blockchain registration.

Can I add a setting later?

Yes. You can start with the loose diamond in its presentation box and design the jewellery when you are ready.
